Coach to Olympics

I have been looking at prices for coaches to the Olympics for our session on 5th August 2012. Very rough prices I've been given are £500/coach; we have 82 attending, so I think it will cost approximately £13/head. The plan would be to leave Witney about 2pm to get to the Olympic park about 4pm to give people a few hours to wander round before the hockey matches - this can be adjusted to what the majority want. Coaches would return to Witney as soon as possible post the maches.
 
I have emailed most people, but my contact list is missing a couple of people. If you have not had an email, but I have confirmed you have tickets, could you contact me and let me know if you'd be interested in going on an organised coach and how many seats you need, and then when I have more accurate numbers I'll be able to firm up a quote.
